I've stopped using rosserial, and have had success with Patrick Goebel's
ros-arduino-bridge. This works with raspian and ros groovy.

What I have now is a high CPU usage by python (almost 40% of CPU) on Rasp when publishing IRRanger :/

Any suggestion ?

Simply because I couldn't get rosserial working, but I could get the ros-arduino-bridge up easily.
