I think is early. I'm used to a few from mid-April but they don't
usually turn up in numbers until the very end of April or the first
few days of May.
Jimmy I checked Shandwick yesterday. Not as big an area of primrose
as previous years and no beefly despite good flying conditions (16°C
calm, sunny).
