I only saw one Painted Lady, very lively but very faded though not
tattered, it was down the Caledonian Canal near Dochgarroch.
So it would appear they have indeed arrived, it will be interesting to
see in what numbers as time goes on.

I had better luck today with 1 in my garden in Scorguie, 1 at
Dochgarroch and 4 on at the side of the Caledonian Canal. The large
numbers predicted certainly seem to be accurate.
