Judging by the pictures on FB, seems like you all had a bangin time at Vegas!! I'm sorry I had to miss it :( I'll be there next year, when I'm actually 21... lol.

LU'AU SURVEY:

Please fill our this survey by this Wednesday on your thoughts about Lu'au. Whether it's about the show, about being involved behind the scenes, etc- We'd really like to get your input as this would help next year's board plan accordingly. It's only three questions long, and it'll only take you a couple of minutes.Please try to fill this out by this Wednesday!

GENERAL MEETING:

Same place, same time-- Wednesday, 6:30 @ CCC Ring Room. 

AFTER EVENT: As if we didn't have enough screaming and yelling and ratchet noise making... but we're gonna go Karaoke @ Diamond Jamboree! We'll get dinner beforehand, & rides are provided.

ELECTION SPEECHES
This Wednesday, MAY 23, we will have election speeches for NON-E BOARD nominations. This includes Lu'au chairs, Social Chair, Publicity, Historian & coach. Please have speeches prepared, and also prepare to answer questions from the board members after your speech. Please arrive to meeting PROMPTLY as we will start ASAP. Thanks!
Wednesday, May 30th will be E-BOARD speeches. If you are running for E-Board, definitely show up THIS WEEK as well so you can get a taste of the types of questions you might be asked and how to frame your speeches.
ALL MEMBERS SHOULD COME TO BOTH WEEK'S ELECTIONS SO YOU CAN VOTE FOR NEXT YEAR'S BOARD!

MIXER WITH HAWAII CLUB AT UCSD SATURDAY, MAY 26TH

So the weather isn't looking too hot this weekend... so we may ditch the bonfire idea and do something else instead. We may go get Acai bowls, go bowling... sky high... but whatever we do, UCSD is still gonna come up to Irvine & hang out with us!! We will send more detailed info shortly via Facebook. Keep your eyes & ears open!

BANQUET June 1st, Friday

During the end of the year banquet, we celebrate the entire year with food, pictures, dressing up, and just hanging out. We will have slideshows, club awards, etc. We will also be announcing NOOK BOARD 2012-2013 this day, so if you are nominated for a position, make sure you come. The details are TBA, keep yourself posted!
