[Haskell-cafe] question about linking with sqlite3

Hi, I made a cabal package that use HDBC-sqlite3 on Windows.
When cabal install it, I got an error from ld.exe: cannot find -lsqlite3.
How can I tell ld.exe where sqlite3.dll is plcaed?

I know it. I used a sqlite.dll file that is compiled for 32bit, while
my computer is 64bit.
sorry for this stupid question.
