For our first meeting, would you prefer a :

1) Intro to Ruby
2) Walkthrough of the Ruby Facets gem
3) Neither interest me, but I'm willing to present on {insert topic here}

Myself, I'm +1 on Facets (sorry Dan :).

+1 for facets, too, even if it means I present. (I don't mind
presenting, and I've found some sweetums in facets, to be sure.)
