WTS International

To my understanding, WTS International is basically a staffing company (see
http://www.wtsinternational.com/ ).

Harmony's current activities director, Bill Fife, works for WTS
International. This means that he is paid directly by the owner of that
company, Gary Henkin (see http://www.webcitation.org/65IYsQ5xb ).

While Bill Fife is not employed directly by Starwood / Harmony Development
Company he is paid indirectly by them. The developer subcontracts WTS
International for Bill's services.

Bill Fife is also a graduate of the University of Central Florida (UCF). It
was most likely his idea to subcontract young and inexperienced interns from
the UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management to work for Harmony
Development in short assignments (see http://hospitality.ucf.edu/ ).

Bill Fife is directly responsible for all work related activities of his UCF
interns. But of course, Bill Fife also works very closely with the current
president of Harmony Development Company. This means that while the interns
get their orders from Bill, Bill gets his orders directly from Shad Tome who
gets his orders from Bob Geimer, VP of Starwood Capital.

So in essence, Shad Tome, Bill Fife and WTS International are all agents of
Starwood.
