How can I add a testuser to the worldvista?

I have install the worldvista on an ubuntu machine using the deb
package.
And I can connect the GPRS using the default access code and verify
code.
Now I want to add a testuser to the software, such like
user:testuser
passwd:test123
And use the testuser to login it, not the default.
How can I do? I will glad if somebody tell me, thanks.

It's the existing default user who using access code: "sys.admin"
and verify code: "vista!123"
to log in the GPRS. the user is auto added when I install the deb
package.
What I want is to create a new user who can log in the GPRS for test.
For that purpose, first, I want to change the access code and verify
code of the default user.
So I select "Edit an Existing User" menu in "User management option",
and I think the user "Administrator, System" is the default user.
So I step into the edit table and change the access/verify code.
But after that, I can't use either the new code or the old code to log
in.
What's wrong? I will be very glad if somebody tell me.

Use the superlative TMG-GUI-Config (installed with Astronaut all
client installer) for this. -- IV

Can you say more detailed?
What is the "TMG-GUI-Config"? I have installed the Astronaut all
client installer.
And I connect the server with TMG-CPRS-0.3. When I run the program,
It will ask me to give the access code and verify code, I can change
verify code
in that page, but I can't change the access code. So I can only use
the default

OK, I find that I have installed the older version(0.3) of the
"Astronaut all
client installer". So It didn't contain the "GUI-Config".
Now I download the latest version of it and I use the "GUI-Config" to
done it.
By the way, I can use fileman to add user now.
