I am trying to open a port in GT.M through FILER.

port detail are following.

and facing this error while starting it at linux

This LLP is a multi-threaded server. It is controlled by external
service, i.e.
TCPIP/UCX. You must use the external service to start this LLP.

The FILER you selected is for incoming connections.
You need to select a different one for an out going connection.
