I have finally released my m-tools package to the public. It has nice
functionality with some good documentation.
It can be found on a public mercurial repository at: https://bitbucket.org/dlw/m-tools
You will need to either clone it with hg, or download one of the
tarballs. In the future, I will probably host it on another hosting
site, like github or google code, and maybe with another technology,
like git or bzr.
About a year and a half ago, I sent Sam Habiel a much older version
of these tools for testing, and he asked if he could post them. The
version of my code that he has posted is obsolete and I will not
support it. I am planning on being more involved in what is going on
in these forums, and am available to help anyone wanting to use m-
tools.
The entire m-tools package was written by me, including the syntax
highlighting file. Because I don't really have any experience using
Caché, the package has been written to work with GT.M and Linux.
Specifically I have tested everything on Ubuntu and Red Hat/CentOS
distributions. Some or all of the tools may or may not work in other
MUMPS implementations or Operating System environments. YMMV
I have opened up the bug and feature tracking page on my bitbucket
account, and will try keep up with it. :-) I hope you all enjoy m-
tools.
Many thanks for sharing these tools. They are great.
We just installed them in the Virtual Machine that we
are using for distributing the VistA-FOIA release.
The "CTRL+K" feature for peeking at globals is great. :-)

We just posted a Wiki page about your tools at:

Thanks for Sharing.
