Typically, people talk about the FileMan File that is their focus. Talking only on the global level doesn't usually give us enough information on the Hardhats list. For example, the ^DG global actually has quite a few files in it:

You and a lot of the folks posting from the Indian Subcontinent needs to go to posting on computer forums school. You all send a tiny very vague post to describe your problem. It almost feels like that you are not interested to get an answer; you are posting to please somebody else!
In order for us to help you we need the following: 1. What steps have lead you to believe that there is a problem. Is there an error? 2. What steps have you taken to reproduce the problem? 3. If you have tried to fix the problem and failed, what have you done? 4. What version of VISTA are you using? Do you have any add on proprietary components that impact HL7?
Sorry for the inadequate information that i gave. Actually i am trying to to send HL7 message from medsphere vista to healthshare. For this i did the steps according to the doc http://medsphere.org/docs/DOC-1764. Finally the LLP enabled successfully. But after that i tried to register a patient using D ^XUP. At the end of registration i got an undefined error . That is ^DG(43,1,"GL") is not having data.
So at this point, i need to sort out the issue with this patient registration. So Moreover it looks DG global is the problem now, i think.
Any idea about this. Once again i apologize for mistake that i did'nt give any adequate information in my previous mail.

You must set up the appropriate fields in the MAS Parameter file
BEFORE you attempt registering a patient and trying to obtain data.
The DG Global and node called "GL" is for the Gains and Losses Sheet
that are pointed to in the MAS Parameter file - number 43.
If you use the options in the ADT Supervisor MAS menus then you should
be able to accomplish this. However, since you are using the MedSphere
document - are you using MedSphere software also ? If so, the options
may not be called the same thing as I have referenced from FOIA VistA.
