Empty Medication List/Formulary

Hello, Hardhats -

I am struggling to locate the proper method of adding medications to
my FOIA CPRS installation.

My understanding is that I may have to download a formulary or
"National Drug File" in order to populate the list of medications.

Currently, the 2nd bar reads "(No quick orders available)". Any
guidance is greatly appreciated.

I am having a similar problem.  I can see the NDF database but my DRUG file is empty. 
 
Is there a way to populate the local file with the NDF database?  It looks like the MERG command merges existing local medications with the NDF.
