NToC() & CToN() Functions

Viktor and Przemyslaw,
today I was view status for Harbour functions. I see that there is no
NToC() function. In the past, when I was using C3 Compiler (another
xBase compiler for Win-32), I wrote some freeware functions for that
compiler. You can download the source code library to extract and
include into Harbour Compiler the functions you wants, for free. The
download link for eb4bgrc3.zip file is next:
