Here is a list of recipes on happyherbivore.com that use only whole
foods -- or just need a minor change to "fit" our real food guidelines

I made this last night, without the oil and buns --- serve over greens
or rice maybe... It's pretty wholesome, but could use some tweeks and
it uses lentils!
