I started today, and had my all meals planned out (like a good HH guinea
pig). Breakfast was cearal w/ raisins & peatnut butter (2/0/1). That is not
a typo - there was no protein in my breakfast. I had a banana & some nuts
midmorning (1/0/1). Then I had a nice mashed sweet potato wrap for lunch
(2/1.5/1). Another snack of peanut butter/ banana sandwich (with 1 slice of
bread) (2/0/1).
Here is where I had plans to have tofu stirfry for dinner, but I ended
up eating dinner at the hospital cafeteria. I had a black bean burger sans
bun (how do you not have a wheat bun option??) with a tomato and then a nice
salad. I think it comes out to be about 2/1/1. My goal for the day was
10/6/5 and I actually had 9/2.5/5. So not enough protein.
I do feel good though, and I wasn't ever hungry during the day. Looking
forward to having my stirfry tomorrow. Hope everyone elses days were less
hectic :)
