problem installing happstack

Hi folks,
I get this problem when I try to install happstack -

[kashyap@trinity318 ~]$ cabal install happstack

hsp-0.4.5 depends on haskell-src-exts-1.0.1 which failed to install.
hsx-0.5.6 depends on haskell-src-exts-1.0.1 which failed to install.

But I have happy 1.18 in my system.

cabal install happy first (it is not a package dependency).

perhaps happy is not in the search path used by cabal?
