Crash course - Routing filters

I just finished reading the Routing filters section of the crash course. I wonder if it would make sense to update the section on the methodM and methodOnly guards, as it appears that those are both deprecated (or soon to be deprecated) in favor of method and explicit use of nullDir.

I am in the process of converting the crashcourse to a more sensible build system (and one that can target School of Haskell). I'll be sure to update that section!
