Hello,
happstack.com is currently offline. This is due to an upstream
networking issue. The rumor is, it will be fixed in an hour. There is
nothing that I, nor my VPS provider, can do at this point but wait.
For "exciting" updates watch:

The important thing is -- it's not a bug in Happstack ;)
