Hey all,

I'm using reform-blaze and am curious about the best way to style forms.
 My current plans are to use Twitter bootstrap (though may switch later),
and want to use the horizontal form layout.  But that means my forms need
to look like

  <div class="control-group">
    <label class="control-label" for="inputEmail">Email</label>
    <div class="controls">
      <input type="email" id="inputEmail" placeholder="Email">
    </div>
  </div>
</form>

From what I can tell, I'm going to need to rewrite the functions
in Text.Reform.Blaze.Text.  I see that I can use the `view` function to
"lift" `Html` into a `Form`, but I don't see a way to add the necessary
classes to labels and inputs.  Am I missing something?
