Hello,

I'm working on getting reform and blaze working together in my app.  I've been looking at the example in reform[1], but it seems a bit out of date and am having some problems updating it.

Specifically, I'm having a problem with the ToHtml instance for the DemoFormError.  I think I've got everything worked out - it's just some name changes, AFAICT - but I'm not sure what the `Input` type is from in  `(DemoFormError [Input])`.  Any ideas?

Ok, I found `Input`.  It's in happstack, duh.  Sorry for the noise.

Ah cool, I was just in the process of investigating this. BTW, reform
is now hosted on hub.darcs.net:

http://hub.darcs.net/stepcut/reform

Most, or all, of the happstack related projects have been migrated there now.
