It's a belief, I know. But...

Sometimes you can be blind-sideded by events in life.

When you're hurt, emotionally, you can come to eventually be grateful
for the little things in life. (For example, a peanut butter sandwich,
or a post card from a friend.) And when you do that, you're planting
the seeds of happiness. Being grateful for little things is just the
best. And you could say, litte things are just the best.

So, think of things you're grateful for.

I'm grateful for...

Being able to help people.
Cherry pie (oh, God yes!)
Granny Smith Apples
Episodes of The X-Files that I haven't seen.
My computer! Because I'm using it right now, and it works :)
A new song
People helping me when I didn't know I needed it.
New movies (of course)
Things people think of to help other people.

Cool thread! I like the idea of planting seeds of happiness.

The little things I'm grateful for right now:

CheezIts. Yum.
Cheese in general. Yum yum.
Things that purr.
Unexpected moments.
Light that comes from unusual directions.
Tivo.
Paper.
Gooey lead pencils.
