Thats default Desktop ofhanthan.. just install hanthana on to your
machine.. :D Anywya I cant seems to find anything unusual about the pic..
please reply with more details.. what are the specific things in the
picture that you are looking for.

What yo are seeing is the gnome-shell . just open 6 different applications
and hit "Windows Key" :D

Apart form that , its a normal desktop in hanthana.
