Rubbish Disposal

From JCF recent observation, they have found rubbish scattered across a specific section of the front lawn. Such as frozen berry boxes, vapes, bananas, and Red Bull, along with a receipt discovered in the area. Some of this rubbish appears to have been thrown from the windows near the wooden box next to the building, suggesting that it may be originating from one of the flats located above this area.

We ask that you refrain from disposing of rubbish in this manner and ensure that all waste is properly disposed of in the designated bins. If any of you witness rubbish being discarded from a window, please report it immediately to JCF.

In the interest of maintaining a clean and pleasant environment, JCF may need to take enforcement measures if the issue is not resolved within a week. This could involve instructing a cleaner to address the mess, with the associated costs charged to flat owners. The situation will be monitored, and further charges may accrue if necessary.
