Download all division info as archive?

Wondered if it's possible to make all the division data available as a
single downloadable archive. At the moment there only option seems to
be to spider the main page ([link]
divisions), and download all the individual CSV files.

Why doesn't the group in charge of publishing the Hansard, publish
the volumes into a portable document format (PDF) file. Right now
even the parliament of Zimbabwe publishes their Hansard into PDF. It
would be more efficient and would be an exact duplicate of the hard
copy.

Digitisation Project Progress

I'm just about to embark on a phd and this digitisation project will
be a life saver - no camping in libraries or loss of eyesight expected
as a result!
