Subject: [FAQ] What are the links with the text 'LINK' by each speech for?
Each speech or contribution has a permanent link, which is made
available as the text 'LINK' at the top right corner or the speech
text.

You can use this link as a permanent URL for that speech, rather than
for the whole page. When you click on the permanent URL link, the text
to which it refers is brought to the top of the page.

Some speeches may not have a permanent link available yet. We intend
to ensure that everything that can have a permanent URL has one.
