Good Afternoon,

The weather that will be coming in tonight and into tomorrow is full of a
lot of uncertainty. It appears that we will begin as snow sometime early
this evening, by late evening we will be switching over to sleet and then
freezing rain. How quickly the freezing rain comes in and how long it stays
are the big unknowns. Some forecast put us at low risk for icing, while
others place us in the target for ¼ to ½ inch of icing. Anything over ¼ will
start to make limbs fall. As we near ½ inch of ice the trees will begin to
fall. I wish I had better information on the timing and amounts, but it will
be very localized with some town getting hit and others skating through.

If we hit the extreme end of this storm I would expect power outages and
interruptions to travel. I don't want to sound the panic alarm, but I don't
want to dismiss what might happen either. Please be prepared for the power
outages if they come. I will update the weather as it develops overnight.

Thanks

Kurt
