Using hamster okay to filter...
From the main menu go to
Configuration|Files|NewsScoreFile. Add these lines:
[*]
=-9999 Message-ID "googlegroups"
Filter works okay, but wonder what this error message means:
Configuration error: Local injection requires Message-ID generation!

It means, what it says: For local injection, you need to activate the
automatic generating of MIDs, Path headers and so on (RTFM).
But as the help file says, the option 'Configuration => Local servers =>
NNTP => Additional Options => Post articles directly into local database'
should be used with care. Except for some special configurations (see help
file for details), you don't need to (and shouldn't) use it.
