Haml 2.2.9 Released

I've just released Haml 2.2.9. As with the past several minor releases, there are no changes to Sass. Additionally, the only Haml changes have to do with Rails integration, so if you aren't using Haml with Rails you don't need to upgrade.

As always, the changelog is available at http://haml-lang.com/docs/yardoc/HAML_CHANGELOG.md.html. One notable change is support for the XSS protection available in Rails 2.2.5+.

I just realized that this isn't quite accurate: there is one bug fix in 2.2.9 that's unrelated to Rails.
