I would say even if Ti Yvon join a "zobop" group he will not be able to find an American passport (not falsified) and/or a naturalisation paper proving Michel Martelly is an American citizen.  I have full confidence that the CEP did a good job verifying candidate Michel Martelly's documents to ensure he was fully and legally qualified to run and win the presidency of Haiti.

 

I am definitely positive that all those detractors should find better use of their time, by cleaning their city or commune of birth for 90 days.  If I am proven wrong, I will go and help clean up the streets of Saint Marc, my hometown.    Do I have any other takers?

The problems with Haiti are the Haitians themselves.  They pretend to have no clue about what is right and what is wrong and they live like drifting leaves.  No Sir, I have no land in Haiti to sell to anyone.  I respect Jean Jacques Dessalines Article in the Constitution.  Haiti belongs to the Haitian people. (point final)

 

Sometimes I use strong analogies, only because Haitians "gain tet di".  I heard and read a lot of silliness concerning Haiti, gee when will our people wake up and understand what they have in their hands.  When will Ti Yvon wake up and realize Martelly is not his enemy, but his President.  When will Haiti regain her status as the "Pearl of the Antilles" and solely under Haitian control?

Proud to know that you are from beloved Saint-Marc and L'Artibonite. Frankly, I am for the law and would also wish that all of us are, and whether Haitians with or without a green card or naturalization should be smart and realize that, it is not whether we are American citizens and serve in the Haitian Gov that is important. Currently, we must truly realize that many of us whether from the left or right are not truly serving our nation, we are for most, destroying our resources by wrongly stating facts or by wrongly identifying or reporting on fellows and also, the worst, doing business selling properties that have important resources that must have been State owned but now are being liquidated without law. Many in governments do not really give a damn about the current and future generations of Haitians and are heavily involved in liquidation and also conflict of interests in being in government, to be government regulators for common goods, as they supposed by law, but are also doing business with international corporations which sole purpose is to remove resources without Pareto improvement and/ or any givebacks to Haitians. Note the corporations only imply their owns and ignore Haitian activists demands of changes in business dealings to include civil society or regular citizens in the decisions to reconstruction and wealth distribution. 

Franz, the mayors in Haiti, by the constitution have the right to distribute lands to corporations or individuals, do you know how much land being distributed before and after the earthquake of two years ago, do you know how many in the Haitian Diaspora have lost lands or properties, and these properties being sold and resold by civilians, Haitian officials and even some foreigners who bought these lands from officials or civilians? Note, providing Haiti's situation changes for the better, do you know this is going to be a Haiti which most properties be owned by foreigners who lease them as real states and do not have to be in Haiti but just need a bank account, an enforcer and collect the revenues of these lands that were originally illegally sold? what it is that we can not do ourselves to make money as well? How come we are not involved in investing in Haiti and making money as well?

So, in conclusion, the real problem is Haitians that pose themselves to sale and make profits for themselves only, that are the sales persons, not specifically someone with a foreign citizenship that is necessarily the problem. Critically, anyone in Haitian Gov can be dangerous to Haiti, providing such individuals, whether citizens or not choose to serve foreign entities instead of Haitian interests.   The solution is a law against conflict of interest as well as implementation of the law by a fair and impartial justice system.

Franz, I believe I answer everyone including Ti Yvon on his activities, which by due respect, I can not stop from proving what he believes in.

Signing for, creating a company or a corporation in the United States or being the Director of a Company or Corporation does not necessarily make you a Citizen of the USA nor of any other country for that matter!!

All the Document shows is that the signatory personalities representing various companies and/or Holdings are/have entered their respective companies or holdings into some partnership or association or corporation for the needs or interests of their mutual Businesses, PERIOD!!

There is nowhere in these documents that either implies or declares in anyway whatsoever that the signatory persons are citizen of any specific country!!!!

Jean-Mill nous a demandé de nous exprimer en Français, Artibonitien que nous sommes devons être sympats. Je suis d'accord en quelque sorte que nous les Haitiens sommes le problème de notre dévelopement socio-économique, car si nous avions faire 1804, il y a bien lieu la force de faire un 2004, voire 2012, où nous aurions été capable de bien multiplier nos biens à travers le commerce et autres procédés économiques à créer de l'emploie et d'autres assets capable de servir notre société tout en préparant, en bon citoyen un avenir pour les autres. Mon Père, Maxilien T. Leon, avait commencé à le faire dans les années 70, il était celui qui a ouvert (machiné) les terres de Timonèt, celui qui a nommé Madame Gougousse, gréffée de la Repsoro telle quelle. Il a donné à manger à des milliers de gens d'Amba Gros morne (de Saint Marc), de Kolmini, de Timonèt etc...il l'a fait avec son Cousin Maitre Anouce d'Arman Thoby et autres, il travaillait aussi avec les Louis Jeunes et en a faire des denrées complexes, du riz, des légumes, et beaucoup d'autres en même temps qui aidaient Haiti  à ne pas avoir faim à l'époque. Au lieu de lui remercier, Zakari Delva, lui a reproché de monter la tête des paysans contre Duvalier, c'est ainsi que mon père eut laissé Haiti, tristement pour travailler aux Etats-Unis, où il mouru tristement, croyant au père Aristide comme la voie du changement, il était vraiment un croyant d'un nouvel air, qu'il a tant rêvé, mais hélas!, Je connais beaucoup d'autres gens, des matyrs qui meurent pour Haiti, ...mais, tu sais quoi? Les autres Haitiens s'en fou d'eux. Oui, positivement, nous les Haitiens avons beaucoup contribué à la façon nous sommes maintenant traités dans ce monde. Nos comportements, nos destructions mensongères, calleuses et vides, nos langues et écritures qui rapportent des noms sur des listes maccabres à cause de la philosophie de la personne ou du moins son droit à ne pas se mettre à quelqu'un ou quelque chose, ou du moins, son droit à aimer ou apporter son soutien à quelqu'un qu'on déteste...quand est ce que nous prendrons conscience? c'est là l'enjeu, et peut-être là, notre délivrance...mais le ferrons nous?
