Il y assez de milliards et d'hommes influents en Haiti a l'heure actuelle pour corrompre les membres actuels et futurs du CEP.

Aujourd'hui, nous avons un ennemi commun.  La date du 12 Janvier et les circonstances qui l'ont succedees viennent directement de la providence. Il y a un message a peine voile que nous n'arrivons pas encore a assimiler. Les Duvalieristes et les Aristidiens doivent faire un front commun afin d'apporter une defaite a l'equipe d' entrepreneurs internationaux dirigee par Bill Clinton pour la construction d'une version de Punta Cana sur les cotes de Port au Prince. Le reste du pays ne sera pas touche.

Sans cet accord, on sera toujours impuissant. Les elections auront lieu avec ou sans la participation des partis ou de l'electorat, et le successeur de Preval sera designe par Obama par le biais de Bill Clinton.

Pour le moment, il est impossible de dire si oui ou non nous pourrons nous debarrasser de ce CEP parce qu'Haiti n'appartient pas au Haitiens aujourd'hui-c'est un fait accompli. Qu'attendons nous des candidats quand la majorite d'entre eux est obligee de suivre les consignes des bailleurs d'elections (je m'excuse de fonds).

Lequel d'entre eux ou elles peut oser parler du retour au pays de Jean Claude Duvalier et de Jean Bertrand Aristide bien que je sois convaincu que ces deux idiots n'ont aucune idee du role historique qu'ils pourraient jouer dans le denouement des evenements qui auront lieu tres bientot.

Mais les proprietaires d'esclaves Haitiens dans les factoris, par l'intermediare de la chambre de commerce et d'industries (quelle commerce, quelles industries.....), sont les principaux interlocuteurs des bailleurs d'elections (je m'excuse de fonds)

Mais ils ont a leur service un grand nombre d'Haitiens eduques, tres bien remuneres pour se soustraire de la vie politique d'Haiti afin que l'etat Haitien continue a  souffrir de cette carence chronique en resources humaines.

Des etrangers en dehors du pays utilisent des "etrangers Haitiens" a l'interieur du pays, qui a leur tour se servent d'Haitiens authentiques pour achever l'oeuvre du premier groupe.

L'instabilite permanente par l'infiltration, la division et la destruction de l'integrite des nationalistes Duvaleiristes et Aristidiennes est un instrument de choix-toutes les autres autres denominations politiques sont des opportunistes et ne meritent aucune credibilite puisqu'elles n'on aucun ideal politique.

Vive Duvalier, Vive Aristide, Vive Haiti- le grand trio

Fair enough! my friend, and i mean it when I call you my friend despite our fundamental differing viewpoints. The foreigners who are running the country today would want to reward you for that statement. JCD and JBA deserve every bit of allegations attributed to their tenure. But until we recognize that the deep hatred and animosity we have been reciprocating have greatly contributed to the repeated success of multinational forces on Haitian soil, we will never thrive. JCD and JBA cannot and will not be allowed run for president, but allowing them to return and end the perennial political polarizing of our country is the first step we need to take so we can move past our hurdles.

It has to happen because we hate each other too much through these two idiots who refuse to acknowledge wrongdoings and ask their people to forgive them.

I am not insinuating that Jean Claude Duvalier and Jean Bertrand Aristide are indispensable. I am only looking for healing-we need to heal, we need to heal...

Give me a f...... break. Are we that much short of  memory? Is the country that much short of qualified people that it should go back to those It has rejected a few years ago for incompetence, corruption and the wholesale of the sovereingnity of our country?  We do have a common ennemy  but only a new leadership should take charge of our country not those who have repeatedly failed us and betrayed our country.

With all due respect: in my opinion, this eternal discussion is really not necessary, as it is totally aside the point.

 

Every Haitian President has the right to a diplomatic passport for the rest of his or her life. This is the law and as far as I know, no diplomatic passport has been refused to any president of this country. Aside of this fact, there is no restriction for any president to come back to Haiti for the time being.

 

No Haitian needs -by the way- any valid passport to come back to Haiti as any immigration in  any country cannot stop a citizen of any country to go back home.

 

We do not need to support nor be against any return of any president as it is the individual who is fully capable to take his or her own decision.

 

The question is not whether "we allow them to come back" - but "why they do not want come back".

I have been promoting a reconciliation through amnesty for over three years. Nobody bothers to listen. Hatred is invading our hearts and souls. It is true that JCDuvalier and JBAristide dis a lot of wrongness to their homeland. Who are we to decide that they should stay away from their country? I support their return ASAP and this will be to the best interest of the country. As you siad Dr. Bougui, ythey can't run for the Ayitian presidency anymore.
