Had a fabulous time. Thanks for coming and thanks for making Martha and I feel so welcome. Next time, we'll bring more Pimm's.

Pim's recipe, please.  I want to get drunk like the Southern belles do.

Pimm's it is! This makes a big pitcher, but it scales down just fine.

12 oz Pimm’s

6-12 oz gin (Depending on how quickly you’d like people to get off their faces. Had about 8 oz in today.)

32 oz lemonade

12 oz (or 1 can) Sprite or 7-up

1/3-ish English cucumber, thinly sliced

1 lemon

1/2 large bunch of mint (about 1 big handful)

Smack the mint a bit to release the oils (and to show it who’s boss), and drop into the pitcher with the cucumber slices. Squeeze in lemon and drop in the halves. Mix Pimm’s, gin, and lemonade, top with Sprite. Either add a bunch of ice to the pitcher or serve over ice. Ta-da!

So, in doing my Pimm's research, there seems like there is more than one type of Pimm's? Which is the one that you used?

Pimm's No.1, which luckily, is by far the most commonly available one.
