I made a google group for this but realised I should have joined the main
Pin Ups group first - so I'm copying the welcome message over! This is an
email from last week, I've got confirmation from two people that the 19th
works, what do the rest of you (and new joiners) think?

 Ladies!
As it stands so far the people I've been talking to have agreed that a
weekday night is probably the best bet, with Thursday being a nice night to
have a wee shindig. So I'm tentatively putting Thursday 19th Sep out there
as a date? That's 2 weeks from now so enough time to arrange work schedules
etc. As far as location goes there's no shortage of cosy old man pubs in
the city centre - Nearys and The Duke have been suggested - but maybe
others would prefer a more modern-type place? Or somewhere where food is an
option too? I'm very easy (heh) so I'll go pretty much anywhere that's
reasonably central.
So let me know how that date looks, if it doesn't work for people
rescheduling is no problem of course. If I get more emails I'll add people
to the thread. Must say it's a real buzz seeing how quickly something like
this can start to take shape!
