I might be interested... I live down in the south bay and get a little busy
(/inertia'd) to head to the city, but I've been meaning to actually go to
one of these for awhile (instead of thinking of going, and then realizing
"oh, crap, that was today").
Are you all members of the SF Hairpinners group on facebook? They tend to
plan a bunch of things there, but I don't think anything recent.
Come join us on Facebook! <https://www.facebook.com/groups/sfhairpinners/>we haven't done anything recently, but that means the time is ripe :) I'd be happy to do east bay OR SF proper, whatever more people are down for.

Okay, I just posted to the Facebook group but I'll post here too: LET'S GO ICE SKATING AND DRINK HOT BUTTERED RUM!
- go ice skating in Union Square (we can buy tickets in advance) $10 admission and $5 skate rental - walk over to the White Horse Tavern right around the corner for drinks and free hot dogs and popcorn. It's modeled after a medieval tavern and it basically feels like Harry Potterland inside. If you ever wanted to drink butterbeer at the Three Broomsticks, this is as close as you'll get in SF.
