The ruling we have for the NWE.pm list is "no recruiters" and if you
want to post you must be subscribed. We also welcome people to come
along to meetings and buy a round if they want to have time with
people.
I'll take free beer to talk to someone about what jobs they have open
as I suspect most people would :D
As Kimball has pointed out, london.pm have extensive rules, but they
get many more postings than most lists I suspect.
