Worth a punt but I doubt they would give us enough space or 24 hour access.

There is a place that might be suitable - on Addington St, there is a
small industrial-type unit that the social center group was looking at
some time ago, but there was not way to make it accessible, so it was
written off. Other issues include the fact that there is some
asbestos, but as long as it isn't broken or removed, that isn't so
much of an issue.

The building has three floors -
A basement with a relatively low ceiling
The main floor with some steps up to it, a front door, a rear door and
even a roller-shutter door
The top floor, with wooden stairs up.

It would take a bit of work to get to a great state, but it's not
nearly as bad as what used to be the Bankrupt Fabric shop (the
basement! Random dangling mains cables!)
