We're an arts, science and technology club located in Manchester, which is in the North West of England. The Club intends to form a workspace in which we will create projects and develop communal skills. We're looking for a non-residential, reasonably accessible space with secure storage, ventilation, power and access to toilet facilities. Initially, access to the space would only be required two or three times a month - preferably in one weekend night and one week night rotation.

This list moderates the first message from new members, due to the quantity of messages (e.g. advertising, invites to join other websites or mailing lists, and other such spam/junk mail, especially from outside the UK) which are unrelated to the Hackspace. We are glad to welcome anyone with a willingness to get involved!

The group is also active on IRC, we have a blog and a wiki, which new members are encouraged to try out.
