Hello!I'm looking for a helpdesk solution for my co= mpany, Load Impact, and am wondering if anyone has any recommendations to o= ffer.What we need is primarily an easy way to man= age a knowledgebase (FAQ/blog/code examples) with a great search functional= ity. Added bonuses would be a ticketing system, customer rating system, cha= t, Twitter integration...=A0I've been checking out Zendesk and Desk over the pa= st week, but both options have their kudos and crappiness, and are really q= uite expensive to boot, especially when scaling up.
