Hi guys, just want to know how to build a starting hackerspace/hackerDojo in another country

Hi guys,

My friends in my former university in the Philippines wants to have its own hackerspace/hackerDojo group/place. I would like to know what are the pre-requisites and processes to have their own group and what kind of activities should be there to maintain the group. I would be helping them building it and maintaining in the future.

Hope you guys can give me some ideas so that I can help them. Thank you very much
