I'm looking for a helpdesk solution for my company, Load Impact, and am wondering if anyone has any recommendations to offer.
What we need is primarily an easy way to manage a knowledgebase (FAQ/blog/code examples) with a great search functionality. Added bonuses would be a ticketing system, customer rating system, chat, Twitter integration...
I've been checking out Zendesk and Desk over the past week, but both options have their kudos and crappiness, and are really quite expensive to boot, especially when scaling up. So I thought I'd give a shoutout here. Any recommendations would be supremely appreciated!
