Hi Folks,

You might have read the article about us in yesterday's Digital Life. If you haven't you should! We're building something fundamentally disruptive (just do a google search and you'll know) and we need your help.

In particular, we need the help of a solid UX person - not UI (although UI is good as an additional skill), UX is key. Someone who can come in and pencil sketch a bunch of interfaces and brain storm with us - on weekdays or weekends - doesn't matter. It might enter the realm of design (photoshop) as well - but we have a fantastic photoshop and javascript person in-house that you can work with. If you have experience with video production (explainer videos etc.), that is even better.

You need to be able to think outside the box. Figure out how the interface will change from device to device. How consumers can understand certain features without having to read an FAQ, and figure out how to nudge a user to drive social activity... 

The terms are as follows:

Compensation - 50$ an hour. We can go all the way up to $200+ an hour if you come back to us and tell us you did UX for twitter or something, but that's going to be highly unusual. We might also choose a flat project pricing if that works for everyone.

Telecommute is not possible - its that simple.

You need to do this because you love our product. If you don't I'm afraid we cannot use you - regardless of how good you are at UX.
