Hi,

I need to make some space at home and have some hardware I'd like to get rid of.

Is it possible to donate to Hackerspace? Is anyone around tonight for
me to drop by, and until what time?

Thanks,
Mike

When we were starting up I thought it might be a good idea to charge to accept donations – $5/kg? Most donations just sit around unused for a while and HSG ends up having to deal with disposal.

Good idea. I already dropped the stuff off, though. I'll leave a tip
next time I'm in the neighborhood.

Thanks!

Happy to pick up some unused donations then if that's kosher.  What did you drop off Mike?

Old stuff which I think can still be useful. There's a P4 tower (no
hdd, might have faulty PSU), an ASUS laptop, an old Toshiba laptop
(this one's tough, no hdd, no CD-ROM), a Microsoft natural keyboard
(Japanese) & a 3D mouse[0].

With a 3d mouse, you might get someone building their own Liquid Galaxy
