Hi guys,

I have been contacted by a government agency asking for EP appeal
cases. They are looking to figure out a long term solution to help
companies which face rejections with EP/S-pass applications. This is
especially since the tightening of the regulations in Jan 2012.

If you would like to submit your case to add weight to this agency's
review and proposal, please drop me an email. I have many but the more
data the better the proposal right?

Note that you will be required to share some information on the
experience of the application, expected salary, etc.

So one agency cannot contact the other for the information? I may be interested. MOM put me through the wringer to get my EP. They have all the details, and they are extensive trust me, about each applicant. I'll gladly contribute if the process can be improved. Please pass along my email. Thanks.

This agency provides grants and investment to local companies. They
have been asked to lend support on EP applications for their investees
more often recently, specifically for technology startups.

If they are going to be able to lobby any changes with MOM I suspect
they will need data.

Unrelated agencies do not get data from each other although I am sure
if they really really wanted to they could write compelling papers to
get some!

Will drop you an email with the data they need. Thanks!
