Lionel, Why is open and frank discussion negative? Sure there's
disagreement and other nasty stuff, but pretending it doesn't exist, and

I have an 80L fishtank I want to set up again and stock with a bunch of
brightly coloured tropical fish.
Unfortunately work takes me away from home for large periods of time, so I
