  5. Remove any remaining rubbish=
  6. Gurney the remaining areas. Generally speaking, building exteriors= , the concrete pad, drains, and some interiors.
  7. Potentially replace= the clear roofing on the main warehouse, if we have materials/equipment ap= propriate.
