That's actually wrong, and I might do something about that.

If you're using an ATX supply, it is prudent to make sure it's at least a
300W ATX supply (not the same as a 300W industrial supply). ATX supplies
will almost never supply their full power output to a single voltage rail,
and so you need to usually use something rated much higher to get the right
current on the 12V rail(s).

From a normal sort of setup, I'd happily expect 15-18A @ 12V would be fine.
12.5A might be pushing it a bit low, though it depends on the setup in
question.
