We have not "given up" on the first building, and will discuss with the
group if we should try to continue in the original plan to get the
cheaper/first building... or if the second offer is generally preferred or
not.

At the moment, we are keeping our options open till we have a chance to
talk about it on tuesday, etc ) .    We don't have to sign anything binding
either way for a few weeks at least.   :-)
