I think the main "issue", if you can call it that, is that they only handle 1.75mm filament. Most people seem to be using 3mm at the moment.

  Hi all,

whats the general feeling towards the mk7 Extruders?
what problems if any have people had with them?

i ask because i haven't brought myself to spend nearly $200 on one yet and I'm looking at making a batch of them and offering them with the sets of parts I'm doing, everyone and his dog is doing the printed parts thing but there is no one offering an mk7 extruder with it as it is i can get them together relatively cheaply
  my target price is $60

*when i say making i mean as in on proper cnc machinery and such and not the chinese rubbish (made here in Australia)
