Subject: Large-ish 3D print

Hello all,

I was talking IRC earlier today to check if it was OK to post a job for a
3d print. I spoke about a tech officer at Uni that needs to use one rather
quickly. The job is for a masters student the 3d printer the uni has is
waiting on some parts from Europe somewhere.

There are technically two jobs and the one for Uni has a high prio it also
can be done in any reasonable quality and PLA if it's set up.

There are two conditions for this print.
1. The person printing needs to make a "official" invoice (we will pay up
front, the uni will reimburse us) I heard that there is a "small" profit,
Make your profit. ^.^
2. Someone needs to accept this
plastic. https://dl.dropbox.com/u/13303178/Grue/2012-10-11_Plastic.jpg
the printer we have doesn't like the plastic too much.

Here is the job.

The *.stl could be shit to print, that is not my fault nor the tech
officers. This print can be done in anything that is lying around. If you
need it can be broken up into parts.

The second job is for a Rostock 3D printer. This one needs to be in ABS
however it is not urgent.

If I could get a quote on the second job that would be great!

Thank you.
Mystery / Daniel.

hi Daniel i have a mendelmax and can do the 2 jobs you require

what date are the parts for the uni project needed by ?
why do i have to use that plastic ?   i would prefer to use a filament i
know is dimensionally stable and trust
prices for both projects will be directly controlled by quality/resolution
required        options available 0.25,0.35,0.5 nozzle sizes and you can
also choose the layer height
the quality is controlled by the speed   and the resolution is controlled
by the nozzle size (and speed)

let me know what options you want and i will do a quote
