I'm cleaning out accounts on hsbne.org, since most of them seem to have never been used. If you do use your hsbne.org account and wish to retain it, please let me know before Wed 31st October

and why clean out the hsbne accounts does it have some benefit ? my view is that if some one is a a paid member they should have a hsbne account even if they never use it just incase the day comes they decide to post somthing and find out they cant followed by having to try and hunt down the right person to activate there account

These are accounts on hsbne.org, ie some...@hsbne.org email accounts pretty specifically. They are available upon request. However, we have about 30 of them and only 5 or so are used, most have never been logged in to.
One of the thing's I have been doing lately is seeing who has access to what services, who has the account for this or that, who has privileges to do x and y. A lot of these things are still attached to people who are not part of the group any more.
In essence, this is house cleaning, and will affect no member adversely. It's all part of consolidation and knowing what assets we have.
