Hello Scott,

I think it is probably a bit tricky.

In the Module editor you can define a through hole pin as a slot. I
guess if you placed more than one and had the end points over lap you
could produce a metal finger plated on all sides.
After that routing the board outline would remove the unwanted second
side of the outline.

You can number several pins with the same number and then they have the
same electrical association in the module.

The problem may be putting two different connections side by side,
without having them short circuit.

The PCB manufacturer may have some rules about making slots, i.e.
minimum width.

It may be possible to edit the PCB database manualy to insert such a
feature but this would be complicated,

If you send a sketch of what you want with some dimensions I can try and
bake a part for it.
